Showing Miniature Long Haired Dachshund
in YHA/YKC
We encourage our children to take
part in the YHA and YKC handling competitions at the various shows we go to.
Regrettably many children aren't always taught competiveness, good
sportsmanship, team work, confidence, determination, traditional values and how
to work with animals as well as in the past. We find these competitions teach
and encourage children to be very much part of the real world and generally are
very good fun all round. If you don't encourage your children in your interests
then they will die out with you!
